As part of its annual operation "1 toy, 1 smile", the Collectivity of Saint-Martin gave, Monday, December 13, 125 gifts to each of the leaders of the 4 neighborhood councils, so that they distribute these Christmas gifts to disadvantaged children from their neighborhoods.
The Collectivity renews this operation every year in partnership with the neighborhood councils, under the aegis of its Human Development Delegation.
