Vaccination continues in Saint-Martin and concerns people over 75 and now people of all ages with chronic disease or obesity. Health professionals in the broad sense (caregivers of establishments and liberal, administrators of health and medico-social establishments, medical transporters, firefighters) are also invited to be vaccinated.

Since the start of the vaccination campaign on January 13, 711 people have received their first injection and 103 people have received their second injection.

The Astra Zeneca vaccine, said to be more classic because it is based on the principle of an inactivated virus and not messenger RNA, arrives on the territory. It could be carried out in town by attending physicians, pharmacists, nurses and midwives in the coming weeks and in vaccination centers.

The vaccination center is still located at the Louis-Constant Fleming Hospital and receives by appointment from Tuesday to Friday, in the morning and in the afternoon. To make an appointment, it is necessary to register online via the internet, via e-RDV platforms (for example on doctolib), on the Sante.fr site, via your attending physician or via a number single call for the region (Guadeloupe and northern islands), 05 90 99 14 74 from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 17 p.m.
