A young individual, only 16 years old, was arrested last Monday by the gendarmerie services. Placed in police custody, the latter was presented yesterday morning before the Children's Judges. He is accused of having committed a car jacking on April 4 at Galion and the theft of a scooter belonging to a restaurateur on May 19. Note that the two facts were perpetrated under the threat of a weapon.
Pending his trial scheduled for next month, the young malefactor has been remanded in Baie-Mahault prison. _AF
