TransOcéane: discover the cultures of other territories

0

Each year, thousands of students participate in La TransOcéane, organized by the Sports Union for First Degree Education (USEP). During this day, the children play games from another French territory and pass the baton to them via Skype. The educational objectives of this 24-hour round-the-world trip are numerous: among other things, this allows young people to familiarize themselves with new technologies. The kick-off took place last Thursday in New Caledonia. Within the framework of this 10th edition, the USEP Iles du Nord indicated to the media that the CM2 students of the Clair Saint-Maximin school in Quartier d'Orléans and those of the Gustavia school were able to exchange with their counterparts Guadeloupe, Reunion, Polynesia and Loiret. _EH
