The gendarmerie services carried out last Wednesday and Thursday arrests in two separate street deal files after surveillance of several days.
Three young people aged 20, 22 and 28, including two native of Saint-Martin were brought to the prosecution on Friday evening.
Only one of them had already been convicted (for acts of violence in 2010). All are cannabis users and are implicated in recent street traffic (cocaine and cannabis, ten transactions a day in direct contact) in Grand-Case (rue des écoles), with seizure of fictitious weapons (airsoft) , cash and cocaine and cannabis herb (400 grams of cannabis herb, 30 grams of cocaine, and $ 2 in cash and a vehicle seized).
They were not very talkative about their supply, and are very careful in the deal by distributing the money and the goods in different separate caches, keeping nothing on them.
They are summoned to the Criminal Court of Saint-Martin on April 26 at 8:30 a.m.
