The 6th edition of the international ITF G3 tournament organized by Saint-Martin Beach-Tennis (SMBT) on the beach of Waïkiki was a resounding success with a new victory, among women, of the champion of Saint-Martin, Julie Labrit !
The organizers of this 6th edition did things well by offering players to play two tournaments throughout the weekend, the aim being to play more matches and thus glean, a maximum of ITF points (Ranking International).
SMBT members also welcome the presence of several players representing new nations such as Russia and Mexico, not to mention the friends of Reunion and the neighboring islands of Saint Barthélemy, Guadeloupe and Martinique!
In terms of results, the member of SMBT, Julie Labrit, associated with the Slovakian, K. Palenikova, achieved the double!
In the men, the Italian duo, M.Mattei / D.Valmori won very well in the final against the Franco-Russian pair, R.Courtois and I. Syrov. _AF
