Solidarity: A fourth container for Saint-Martin!

0

This is the fourth shipment to Saint Martin made at the start of the new year, the collective of West Indian associations Irma, with enough to fill a 70 m3 container thanks to donations from individuals and companies.

Gathered in Bouguenais in a room loaned by the city hall of Nantes, the materials were transported to a warehouse in Grandchamps des Fontaines. "The City of Nantes and the Metropolis reacted quickly to lend a room and granted a subsidy of € 4 for the cost of transport" specifies Gildas Salaün, city councilor of Nantes present on site with the volunteers of the various associations of the collective including Nicolas Cheri-Zcoté president of Métisse in Nantes.

It was therefore the fourth container that took the direction of Saint-Martin to help the most disadvantaged people.  _AF
