The ten Manteau employees exercise their right of withdrawal following the assault of a social worker by a user, Sunday, April 30 in the morning. During their weekly meeting Tuesday, May 2, the employees decided to exercise their right of withdrawal until they are sure they can work safely. "The two priorities that we have chosen to reopen are to have a security agent as well as to secure the perimeter of the building with barriers" reports Angela Dracon-Vilsaint, instructor educator and staff representative. Manteau employees are therefore awaiting proposals from the COM and the Prefecture on this subject.
