JUSTICE / 5 euros fine for the use of concealed work on a site at Terres Basses

WS has agreed to "render a service to a friend over 29 years old" by following the reconstruction of the latter's villa at Terres Basses. At the end of 2017, he was therefore looking for a company to redo the roof. That of JLL, based in the Dutch part, is recommended to him. At the beginning of January, the work begins.

A few days later, border police officers (PAF) control the site: the workers are not registered and have no employment contract.

In its capacity as prime contractor (even unpaid), WS finds itself prosecuted for having used the services of people carrying out hidden work.

WS was fined 5 euros, 000 of which were suspended.
