The Community of Saint-Martin brought together some of the executives of its territorial administration on Tuesday September 26 to work on the management school project initiated as part of the transformation of the administration.

Through this collective approach, already carried out in other regions and territories, the Community of Saint-Martin is embarking on a progressive and necessary transformation of its functioning. This seminar, organized in the Opal room of the Interprofessional Consular Chamber of Saint-Martin (CCISM), was aimed at the 45 directors of the institution and project managers, in a context of changes initiated by the administration transformation laws. , the dematerialization of public services and changes in user habits. During this great moment of discussion, managers therefore worked on collective and managerial values based on the foundation of an innovative, strong, attentive and transparent organization. An organization which must be capable of unleashing the potential of territorial agents and working towards well-being at work for an ever more efficient public service for the benefit of those administered.

For Louis Mussington, president of the Collectivity, the training and development of skills of COM agents to strengthen the effectiveness of actions constituted one of the campaign promises: “We are resolutely committed to raising the level of excellence at Saint-Martin and to provide our executives, managers, directors and emerging talents with the resources necessary to develop their full potential. With this in mind, we brought together several executives from the Community to work on our project to create an Administrative and Managerial School.” _VX
