In one week, the 2016 hurricane season will be launched: it was therefore essential to make an inventory “of the means available and the needs of the territory”, indicated the president of the Community Aline Hanson, in the presence of the prefect Anne Laubies : "In the event of a phenomenon, the Collectivity intervenes in addition to the organization set up by the prefecture, with the objective of providing a local response to the population and ensuring the continuity of public service." In the context of cyclone prevention, the document entitled “Prevention and rescue measures” has been distributed to the population and to schools. This booklet, available online on the COM website, includes a series of instructions in case of danger. _EH
