Sandy Ground and Quartier d'Orléans were selected as priority neighborhoods in Saint-Martin under the city contract 2015-2020, signed in late 2015 at the Hôtel de la Collectivité by the various partners. For five years, concrete actions will be implemented on the territory. The latest is to support the fragile populations residing in these two districts.
The last Executive Council in fact authorized the signing of an agreement between the COM and the Red Cross in order to “facilitate access to nursing care for users of the two districts (…) by holding two nursing care hotlines. hours per week ”, indicates the COM.
