0

The direction of the animation of research, studies and statistics (DARES) published yesterday data relating to the number of contractual ruptures in June 2017. The use of this procedure, which allows the employer and the employee to agree in common the conditions for the termination of the employment contract, is increasing: 35.700 terminations (unprotected employees) were recorded, an increase of 2,3% compared to May 2017, and an increase of 7,5% over a year. As regards requests for ruptures not validated by the labor inspectorate, their number is stable: around 6,2% of files were rejected. “The registrations at Pôle emploi following a contractual rupture decrease by 3,5% (CVS-CJO) between December 2016 and March 2017”, specifies the direction.
