Rugby: Resumption of the Women's and Men's Championship

0

Rugby regains its rights on the Bellevue field, with the resumption of the Guadeloupe Women's and Men's Championship. The girls of the North Islands Entente and the Archiball seniors will tread the lawn, respectively in the morning and in the afternoon.

The North Islands Agreement, which brings together the women of the Archigirls of Saint-Martin and the Rascasses of Saint-Barthélemy, will participate for the first time in the Guadeloupe Women's Championship. They will play, as usual in rugby sevens and will be opposed to the three big teams of Guadeloupe; the BRUC des Abymes, the Good Luck de Gosier and the Goyave-Bastruc Agreement, made up of members of the Goyave Rugby Club and the Basse-Terre Rugby Club. The meetings will start from 11:00 am.

From 16 p.m., the seniors will wear the crampons on the first day of the Guadeloupe Championship. The Archiball will receive the rough team of the Rugby Club of Saint-François (RCSF) during a meeting which should be most promising.

Women and men, young and old, who are interested in the practice of rugby, can go on Saturday to the Archiball clubhouse at the Bellevue field, where the best welcome will be reserved for them. _RM
