“With Michel Magras, the senator from Saint-Barthélemy, we preferred to set up a fact-finding mission rather than an investigation as was done in the National Assembly. We thought that in the context of a mission, people would be more comfortable talking and explaining how they managed the crisis, ”specifies Guillaume Arnell who is the coordinating rapporteur alongside Mathieu Darnaud and Victoire Jasmin, two rapporteurs.
