Coordinated checks at Grand-Case and Pôle Caraïbes airports were carried out last week by health authorities and the Border Police.
At the end of these checks, it turned out that 7 passengers were not in possession of the test and were refused boarding at Grand-Case airport to reach Guadeloupe. They were invited to the drive to perform the antigenic tests, located in Friar's Bay.
As a reminder, all passengers departing from Saint-Martin and bound for Pointe-à-Pitre must present a PCR test of less than 72 hours or, failing that, an antigen test of less than 48 hours.
The trip must be justified by an overriding reason: family, medical or professional.
Only passengers in transit in Guadeloupe are exempt from the presentation of this test, as well as people making a 48-hour round trip from Guadeloupe. _AF
