On the occasion of the 2rd edition of the Cultural and Sports Rally organized by the ACS ZEPIN, the organizers had given an appointment to the participants on Thursday, May 26, at 7:30 sharp, in the parking lot of Galisbay. After the delivery of the package, and the marking of the vehicles, a dynamic warm-up took place.
These are 15 teams who have launched an assault on the games of yesteryear, before leaving by car to solve the puzzles and face the various sporting challenges.
The enigmas on the historical heritage of Saint-Martin ranged from the discovery of the island in 1493, to the present day, passing through the period of slavery, via the important role of the abolitionist supporter of the slave trade, Francois-Auguste Perrinon.
To make the historical discovery of the island more attractive, work outs as well as activities based on games of yesteryear were coupled with solving puzzles, to the delight of the youngest of the participants, Léo 5 years old, as well as taller. The latter also had to send results in real time, via an application to validate their points.
This year, the nautical kayaking activity boosted the counters in the face of last year's paddle challenge.
All the activities took place in conviviality, to extend on the beach of the mouth with a local lunch and the awarding of prizes to the winners who, this year had to register under the name of a fruit tree .

For those who could not join the event this year, the vice-president of the ACS ZEPIN, Leen-Maud Minori-Mirre gives you an appointment next year for the 3rd edition, to discover the history of the first inhabitants of Saint-Martin and the development of the island, while having fun of course!
