Which are the Caribbean islands the most affected by covid-19?

While in a certain number of Caribbean islands (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin / St Maarten, Antigua, Montserrat, Grenada, etc.), the spread of covid-19 seems to be under control, in the largest the number of infected patients continue to grow. If we consider the number of cases in relation to the number of inhabitants, the most affected islands are Montserrat, St Maarten, the Dominican Republic, Saint Martin and Puerto Rico with ratios of confirmed cases per 1 inhabitants of 000 , 2,06-1,8-1,42-1,13 and 1,02.

Number of deaths

Finally in terms of deaths, the most affected islands are the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Haiti and St Maarten with 460, 129, 82, 27 and 15 deaths respectively. In proportion to the number of inhabitants, the most affected island is St Maarten with a ration of 0,35 deaths per 1000 inhabitants, followed by Montserrat with a ratio of 0,18.

The French side has 3 deaths just like Aruba and Bonaire.
