As announced, the advisers of the North Islands of the industrial tribunal of Basse-Terre went on strike last Thursday to denounce their difficulties concerning the compensation and the reimbursement of the advanced costs. "The objective of this strike is aimed at the judicial administration through its dysfunctions and the lack of respect for its magistrates, but above all does not wish to penalize litigants and legal professionals", reports one of the advisers Michel Vogel. The councilors agreed to set the postponement hearings to November 26 and December 10.
