In the dynamic citizen engaged at the national level, Sylvie FEUCHER, prefect delegated to the representative of the State in the Communities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, launches a call for candidates for the constitution of a group of citizen participation on the territory of Saint-Martin.
Anyone can register until March 15 before 12 p.m. by post, by email at the following address: alain.rioual@saint-barth-saint-martin.gouv.fr, or by deposit at the prefecture's reception by downloading the form from www.saint-barth-saint-martin.gouv.fr and sending it to: Préfecture de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin Citizen participation group, 23 rue de Spring Concordia 97150 Saint-Martin
From this list of volunteers, 8 members will be drawn, at the rate of 2 people per district council, with a gender parity. This draw will take place at the weekend, the group will meet on March 20.
Its missions will be:
• consolidate the existing citizen dynamics, in particular those stemming from the Assises des Overseas and the Grand National Debate;
• participate in public exchanges on all major social issues;
• to act as a relay to their fellow citizens in the debates in which they participate.
