The last executive council approved the launch of a simplified procedure for modifying the Land Use Plan (POS), aimed at modifying an article of the POS regulations relating to the INAga zone. “The simplified modification project provides for the withdrawal of article INA8, paragraph 1, which specifies that in the INAga and INAgb zones, only one construction can be carried out per plot. This modification is committed within the framework of the project of 40 housing units in home ownership in the district of Belle Plaine, in order not to limit the number of constructions per plot, because part of the project is located in INAga zone, where only one construction is authorized per plot ”, explains the Collectivity.
