PLU: petition in favor of its modification

Will the local urban plan (PLU) really be approved at the end of the year? This is the question that we can ask ourselves as this land use planning tool cringes.

A petition entitled "Modify the PLU project of June 25, 2015 - We love Saint-Martin", addressed to the Collectivity, is circulating on the Net. Signed for the moment by 161 people, this document denounces certain points that are not very advantageous for the population and tourists.

Public inquiry from 1^er October

By deliberation of the Territorial Council last June, it was decided to proceed to the public inquiry of the PLU from October 1 next. The investigation file will be available for consultation from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m. throughout the month of October at the regional planning department. In addition, the Economic, Social and Cultural Council of Saint-Martin (CESC) will give its opinion on the PLU to the COM at the end of the week.
