Pillage: a youngster steals € 40 from the church and € 8 from the tennis club

The events occurred in Saint-Barth and a 20-year-old boy appeared before the Saint-Martin criminal court last month.

A few days after Irma, the gendarmes also arrested him on the coast when he had in his belongings a cap, a computer, ten pairs of sunglasses, two USB keys and a telephone stolen from a luxury hotel.

The court sentenced him to a sentence of eight months, five of which were suspended and put on probation for two years, including the obligation to care, to train and to fix his residence. He must also compensate the civil party up to one euro.
