During the Territorial Council, the president of the Collectivity Aline Hanson announced the signing of the framework agreement with the National Center for Arts and Crafts (CNAM). This “marks the establishment of a study for the installation of a full-service CNAM in Saint-Martin”, specified the president. This “strong” partnership will make it possible to offer “new training areas”, according to Ms. Hanson. It is Thierry Stephen, head of the programming and perspectives service of the employment department of the COM, who was appointed project manager for this mission. The CNAM delegation traveled to Saint-Martin last week.
