Air Caraïbes, a Caribbean airline specializing in the Caribbean, is pleased to announce that it will once again be the partner and official carrier of the two legendary transatlantic races organized by OC Sport Pen Duick in 2018: the Transat AG2R La Mondiale and the Route du Rhum - Destination Guadeloupe.

Air Caraïbes renews for the 11th consecutive year its partnership with the Transat AG2R La Mondiale, which will kick off on April 22 at Concarneau in Brittany for this 14th edition and the celebration of the 27 years of this race. The company thus confirms its support for this event which will lead, as every year, the skippers to Saint-Barthélemy.

The company, whose head office is based in Guadeloupe, will also support in 2018 the new edition of the Route du Rhum - Destination Guadeloupe which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. On this occasion, Air Caraïbes will have a stand in the race village (from October 24 to November 4, 2018), where it will offer many activities, including contests allowing to win plane tickets to Guadeloupe. .

“These offshore races convey values that we share as an airline: performance, a taste for challenge and solidarity. Both will take place in the West Indies, our area of expertise par excellence. It is therefore quite natural that we wish to provide our support and share with all the participants these highlights for the Caribbean ", underlines Coralie Beaupied, European Sales Manager of Air Caraïbes, before adding," we now want good luck to all the participants! ".
