On November 21 and 22, OC4 Island Paddle Sports and Quiksilver are organizing the 2nd edition of the Outrigger Canoë Contest in Grand Case, more precisely, on the beach of the Raimbow Café.
On the program of the festivities, a Hawaiian dugout canoe race in teams of four (men, mixed, women) and a team sprint in Stand Up Paddle, open to all (men, mixed, women). Older than surfing, more user-friendly too, marked by team spirit, a taste for effort and the appeal of the open sea, the practice of Outrigger-Canoeing has more and more followers in the Caribbean archipelago and in particular, in Saint-Martin! Suddenly, the local organizers have scheduled a new "sliding" party, still on the beach of the Raimbow Café, to show that the Hawaiian canoe is all good! As evidenced by the 1st edition which had a great popular success. No doubt it will be the same, on Saturday November 21 and Sunday November 22, in Grand-Case! _AF
