“Migratory birds from North America are now arriving in Saint Martin, in time for the 4rd edition of the annual migratory bird festival ”, announced the association Les Fruits de Mer.
Save the date: the event - which is part of the International Migratory Bird Day (IMBD) - will take place on Sunday, October 16, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the University of Saint-Martin, located in Philipsburg. Among the activities offered to the public, bird watching on the Great Salt Pond led by Binkie van Es, coaching session to photograph them well and artistic activities for children. Note that the Amuseum Naturalis, located in Grand-Case, should soon reopen its doors for this new season. _EH
