A new experiment, introduced by the law "Real Equality Overseas", was launched at the beginning of the week by the Ministry of Overseas with the training organization Opcalia. Ericka Bareigts, Minister for Overseas France, and Marie Russo, President of Opcalia, signed a national partnership agreement on mobility training with guaranteed employment on return, the ministry announced. This system responds to “a real need for overseas residents” and “combines 3 to 4 month mobility training outside the country and a job in an overseas business on return, on a professionalization contract”. Nearly 200 overseas residents will be able to benefit from these training-employment courses suitable for overseas. For the Minister, this experiment is “a real innovation”. _EH
