The Pawsitive SXM association announced that a new poisoning took place last Sunday around 13 p.m. in Oyster Pond. “Despite the rapid intervention of the veterinarian, the dog died at 16 p.m. Very powerful poison, causing significant nervous disorders, (…) respiratory distress, asphyxia, and death ”, explains the association adding that the owners of the dog contacted the gendarmes who would have found suspicious pieces of chicken.

In addition, one of our readers wishes to inform the residents of the former Mont Vernon hotel that her cat "was shot in front of the Anguilla building, an animal already injured several times with a knife". This resident "proposes to set up a collective to stop the free mistreatment of animals".
