The community entrusted Semsamar with the task of rebuilding the MJC. This project, whose cost amounts to 2,5 million euros, is part of the pursuit of the strategy of economic development and animation of the territory. The new Grand Case cultural, event and sports center, which will be built in place of the previous MJC, should include, among other things, a performance hall, offices, and a music room.
