Miss France 2022 will be present at the Miss Saint-Martin/Saint-Barthélemy election on Friday. Crowned last December, Diane Leyre arrived in Guadeloupe on Monday to attend the election of Miss Guadeloupe on Wednesday and then will travel to the friendly island. She confirmed it on social networks. “I will be in the election of Miss Guadeloupe and Miss Saint-Martin, as you see, I have the cap right in the theme”, she confided on Instagram, pointing to her SXM cap.
This will be the second time that the young woman will come to Saint-Martin, last April she had already stayed a few days as part of her Miss integration trip.
The Saint-Martin/Saint-Barthélemy election takes place this Friday at the Jardins de Bellevue in Saint-Martin. Nine young women take part. The one who will be elected on Friday will compete for the title of Miss France 2023 which will take place at the end of the year in metropolitan France. She will also succeed Naïma Dessout, Miss Saint-Martin / Saint-Barthélemy 2020, but she could not participate in Miss France due to photos published that did not comply with the rules of the organization of the competition.
