“Since 1994, you have trained a large number of young people from Saint-Martin so that they can acquire the techniques of the pastry chef profession. Twenty-three years during which you passed on your knowledge and your passion for pastry making to taste sweet treats at the professional high school.
Enjoy the good times of your life! Joy, happiness and above all health for the years to come! We look forward to seeing you again soon to pay us a little surprise visit from a pensioner.
