The reality show La villa des cœurs brisés 3, broadcast between December 2017 and April 2018 on TFX, was shot in Saint-Martin in May and June 2017. The candidates, installed in a villa in Baie Rouge, had to with the help of a love-coach named Lucie, solve their love “problem”.
One of the broken hearts, Fanny Salvat, hesitated between men and women. Until she meets her contender Nani Trindade, in whose arms she left the show and with whom she is still in a relationship. In mid April, the two young women were back on the island which saw the birth of their love to celebrate their first year of life together.
Why was it important for you to return to Saint Martin?
Nani: coming back to this island was very important to us. Especially after Irma because it really touched us. Our first meeting took place here and today we are still together. Coming back here meant a lot to us.
Did you hesitate to come back because of Irma's passage?
Nani: it's true that it really hurts us because when we came back here we were planning to see places that meant a lot to us, where we could stay and spend romantic moments together, and then we are disappointed and sad to see that the establishments were destroyed.
Fanny: sincerely we did not ask ourselves the question of "we come or we do not come because there was Irma". On our projects it has changed absolutely nothing.
