The coordinating association USEP Iles du Nord invites you to “L'USEP en Fête” on Saturday 22 September at the sports hall of the Jean-Louis Vanterpool stadium in Marigot from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
With all the different partners, children aged 4 to 12 will be offered fun, diversified sports activities open to all and workshops on the themes of hygiene and food.
All children are invited.
After the "Fête de la Musique", the "Sports Festival"
The Sports Festival will be a major national and popular celebration which will now be held each year in mainland France and overseas. It is the ex-Minister of Sports, Laura Flessel who is at the origin of this new big popular demonstration. After the “Fête de la Musique”, there will now be the “Fête du Sport”!
The first edition will take place from September 21 to 23, 2018. It will bring together all the players, around the benefits of sport and sports practice in the objective set by the President of the Republic of 3 million additional practitioners. Following the obtaining of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, this celebration will also be an opportunity to celebrate sport, while valuing the millions of volunteers and in particular those of Saint Martin who promote it on a daily basis.
