The mother of the little boy born with a severe handicap in 2010 had appealed against the first judgment which had condemned the hospital center of Saint-Martin to pay him compensation for the medical error made during childbirth
The administrative court of Bordeaux examined the case and rendered its decision on July 10. She condemns the hospital center more heavily.
