In Saint-Martin, an increase in the number of consultations with a general practitioner was noted, according to the Institute for Public Health Surveillance (InVS).

Influenza consultations have jumped in the territory since mid-November, exceeding the maximum expected values, with 95 and 151 cases estimated for weeks 48 and 49 respectively, according to the last InVS bulletin. "This increase is linked to the consultations of a single doctor and is not observed in the emergency department of Fleming Hospital," said the institution. In Saint-Barthélemy, the number of consultations is also increasing.
