The challenge of the territorial elections is to renew the 23 members of the Territorial Council. The first eighteen candidates of Team Gibbs will make up the new majority of the Territorial Council. But the leader has not yet been declared president.

He will have to be elected by the other members of the territorial council during an official ceremony which will take place on Sunday, April 2. On April 2, the four vice-presidents will also be appointed. The executive council will also be formed: it is made up of the president, the four vice-presidents and two territorial councilors. The seven elected officials will meet in stride. They will have to deliberate on the agenda of the next territorial council, precisely they will have to record the holding of the budget vote which must imperatively take place before April 15.
