The garage owner who was illegally practicing in Agrément before the courts

The garage owner who practiced illegally at Agrément is summoned to appear before the Saint-Martin Criminal Court today. He is notably accused of hidden work, irregular waste management, abandonment of waste, of having operated an unlicensed facility as required by law.

As a reminder, the gendarmes had carried out a major operation in early 2017 to end this activity after having carried out a first for a few more months. The garage owner was then invited by the police to put himself in order but he increased his activity instead.

Two other garage owners who were practicing illegally on rue de Hollande and in Quartier d'Orléans, were sentenced last year by the courts to Saint-Martin, one to four months in prison suspended, the second to six months in prison with suspension and a fine of 1 euros, 500 of which were suspended.
