By prefectoral decree of October 23, 2017, in the overseas community of Saint-Martin, the movement of vehicles and people is prohibited from midnight to 05:00 am during the nights of Monday October 23 to Monday October 30, 2017. During this time slot , the use of roads is reserved for vehicles of the security and rescue forces, means of clearing as well as holders of a pass.
