The project was adopted by the executive council in early 2017. It consists of the animation of the Marigot seafront.
The first action will be to organize cultural and traditional events every Wednesday and Saturday all day and at night on a Friday a month, from 18 p.m. to 22 p.m. Entertainment will take place in the area that hosts the tourist market. The second action will be the organization of the “Marigot Food boulevard by night” every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 15 p.m. to 22 p.m. "The authorized activities concern all food businesses except those likely to disturb public order", specifies the rules of the event.
