The Executive Council approved the allocation of a grant to the Tennis Club of the Island of Saint-Martin (TCISM) for a total amount of thirty thousand euros.
An agreement was signed according to the following terms:
The TCISM association undertakes to implement the necessary means in order to strengthen the social fabric of the territory through participation in education, integration or social cohesion actions, to implement animation actions in destination for young people.
The Collectivity provides support to the association for the achievement of the following objectives:
- Promote the objective of sport for all and in particular through the implementation of actions among all audiences,
- Provide young people with quality educational and sports training throughout the year in accordance with the rules of sports ethics,
- Develop a tennis school,
- Participate in integration, education and social cohesion missions led by the Collectivity,
- Maintain the club's workforce and maintain a competitive dynamic with them,
- Ensure a good adequacy between the means of the club and the sporting objectives in particular by the control of the budgets.
In particular, the association undertakes to carry out the following actions:
• The practice of tennis in schools: cost of the action 20 euros, amount awarded 000 euros
• Padel Tennis School Adults / Children: cost of the action 70 euros, amount awarded 000 euros
• Tennis Health: cost of the action € 10, amount awarded € 000
• Development of Women's Tennis and Padel: cost of the action 10 euros, amount awarded 000 euros.
