CTOS president Pascale Laborde, in conjunction with president Daniel Gibbs and director Kenroy Bryan who manages the structure, ensures the proper functioning of this public service on a daily basis.

The staff of the central kitchen are involved and prepare meals every day for the children of caregivers in requisitioned nurseries and at the Emile Choisy school, and for vulnerable people benefiting from the Solidarity Pact.
The meals are balanced by the dietician of the structure and calibrated according to the public, for children welcomed in crèche or school and for adults benefiting from home delivery provided by the partner associations Cobraced and Sandy Ground on the Move . Delivery is free, the meal costs € 3,50.

The CTOS also offers 20 meals a day to the association Le Manteau de Saint-Martin which welcomes homeless people.

Barrier gestures are respected throughout the production and distribution chain.

Report any vulnerable or isolated person to the Solidarity and Families delegation by contacting 0590 291310 (between 8h and 12h).
