She will be 19 at the end of the year. BR appeared in court in St. Martin for acquiring, transporting and selling cocaine.

On April 22, during confinement, BR was driving in a car driven by her boyfriend. On patrol, the gendarmes stop the car because the driver has just grilled a stop sign in Grand Case. During the check, the soldiers discover that the two young people are in possession of cocaine. They are both arrested, placed in police custody and prosecuted. They were summoned on July 2.

OP, 23, asked for his trial to be postponed because his lawyer learned of his case late. He will be tried on November 26. BR agreed to be tried on July 2 because she has training projects in metropolitan France and therefore had to leave the island.

BR readily recognizes the facts, admits to measuring their seriousness and assures that they do not consume them. “You don't consume it because you know it's dangerous… but you don't mind selling it! », Retorts the parquet floor. The young woman explains that she started selling it a few months earlier to make money because "she does not always want to ask her mother for money".

BR says he does not know his customers, they usually call him on a cell phone to place an order. She guaranteed not to sell cocaine in high school. She also specifies that her supplier is partly Dutch and that it is not that of her boyfriend. She sells 20 euros for a sachet of one gram of drugs.

In accordance with the requests of the deputy prosecutor, the court pronounced a sentence of 140 hours of community service to be carried out within 18 months, a sentence of 4 months of suspended sentence in the event of non-execution and a fine of 150 euros. The court also ordered the confiscation of the cell phone and rejected the request for non-registration of the sentence in the criminal record (B2). However, the prosecution specified that BR will have the possibility of renewing its request once the 140 hours of TIG have been completed.
