The Collectivity of Saint-Martin and its Youth and Sports department organize two major information days aimed at promoting the sports activities offered on the island. The first open day will be held at Stade Thelbert Carti, this Saturday, September 12, from 9 a.m. to 13 p.m., and the second date on September 19, at the Salle Omnisport de Galisbay, from 9 a.m. to 15 p.m. The objective of this event is to raise awareness among the general public, and in particular young people, about the practice of a sport.
Many sports associations will be present during these two information days, in order to inform families about the activities offered to the public. Collective sports, individual sports, martial arts, nautical sports and many other disciplines, will be available to the public to give them as much information as possible. This year again, the Collectivity of Saint-Martin made a point of decentralizing the Open Doors of Sports in Quartier d'Orléans, so that the young people of this remote sector are not forgotten and can benefit from the same service. The Collectivity invites you to come in large numbers to discover the sports disciplines practiced in Saint-Martin and to meet the heads of associations, in order to register your children.
