More than two months after the passage of Hurricane Irma, the Prime Minister, Edouard Philippe, was in St-Martin for the start of the school year which "went well" according to the official speech. A volunteer from the Sport for All Association, who has just returned after three weeks of action in the field, is less enthusiastic.

Philippe Inglebert currently lives in Parthenay in Deux-Sèvres, but he lived for several years on the island where he created a "Sport for All" association. For him, the most remains to be done, especially in terms of school reconstruction, schooling and assistance to young people.

"If we want to fight crime, if we want to fight aggression, we must help the youth of Saint-Martin. Most of the young people right now are unemployed. I hired five young people with my association for future contracts. They are bearers of hope for the little ones. They see that one can work in Saint-Martin ”he testifies. _AF
