The Youth Guarantee is an open right which is aimed at young people aged 16 to less than 26, in precarious situations who are neither in employment, nor in training, nor in study (NEET).
To promote their integration into employment, they receive intensive and collective support and benefit from professional training. This support is accompanied by financial assistance to facilitate their steps to access employment.

Decree No. 2016-1855 of December 23, 2016 relating to the contractual support pathway towards employment and autonomy and the Youth Guarantee, resulting from Article 46 of Law No. 2016-1088 of August 8, 2016 (Labor Law) provides for the inclusion of the Youth Guarantee in the labor code, within a contractual path of support towards employment and autonomy.
