As part of the fourth edition of the “SXM MUSIC FESTIVAL” organized by the Company “Tuned Productions” represented by Mrs. Krystel ARBIA, it is prohibited to anchor boats in the bay of Happy Bay from Wednesday March 11, 2020 at 16 pm at Monday March 16, 2020 at 8 a.m.
During this period, all pleasure boats and other shuttles must temporarily settle in Marigot Bay.
The Port Authorities, the National Nautical Gendarmerie, the Direction de la Mer de la Guadeloupe Unit of Saint-Martin & Saint-Barthélemy, are each responsible for:
- Notifying boaters and those responsible for charter boats,
- To ensure the movement of boats,
- To ensure the execution of this Order.
