The Collectivity of Saint-Martin is pleased to inform the public of the reopening, as of Friday July 22, 2016, of the Concordia sports center.
Located on rue Jean-Luc Hamlet, very close to the Territorial Media Library, this sports center has been renovated as part of the campaign to bring the territory's public sports infrastructure up to standard, launched by the Collectivity. These facilities are co-financed by the Collectivity of Saint-Martin and the State, under the State-COM development contract.
The set has been completely redesigned by the Youth, Sports and Community Association Department, with the aim of offering the public functional equipment adapted to their needs. It consists of two mini-football fields, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a bowling pitch with 6 playing fields.
The infrastructure will be open to the public every day from 8 a.m. to 20 p.m. Public lighting will be installed at the beginning of September, to allow night use, until 22 p.m.
The Collectivity of Saint-Martin invites the public to come and discover this new equipment, and to use these public facilities dedicated to the development of sport and relaxation. _AF
