These checks, carried out in grocery stores located in the Rue de Hollande, Orient Bay and Hope Estate sectors, revealed several violations of the employment of foreigners without a title and of concealed work. On this occasion, the veterinary services carried out the destruction of foodstuffs in two shops and issued formal notices. Irregularities in the display of prices and lack of administrative documents were also the subject of administrative procedures by the competent services. Finally, the control of several car rental establishments in Marigot gave rise to proceedings for failure to display prices.
