As part of the fight against illiteracy, a third prevention plan was signed yesterday by the State, the rector, the Region and the Department in Fort-de-France. The objective of this plan is, by 2018, to reduce illiteracy below the 10% mark, reports the Martinique 1ère chain. In addition, the kick-off of the second edition of the National Days of Action against Illiteracy took place yesterday throughout France.
